Hey everyone!
Today on the Cooking in Sanity project I made a super quick
and simple recipe: pulverized almonds.
Pulverized almonds are a great recipe to have because they’re included
in a lot of French cakes and pastries.
I’m not the biggest fan of almond flavor, but when I used
the pulverized almonds in a cake they had a great flavor. The almond flavor wasn’t overpowering and had
a subtle flavor that added beautiful dimension to the cake. Definitely an essential recipe!
